This popular new attractive complex is situated between the new Albufeira Marina and the Salgados Golf course, in a quiet valley which runs down towards the sea, and is in the heart of Vale de Parra. The apartments are close to the Cabanitas Restaurant and Cocktail bar and there is a supermarket, newsagents shop, laundry and several other restaurants and bars nearby within easy walking distance. Some of the best wide sandy beaches and coves in the Algarve are within 2 kilometres, and although many guests do in fact walk to the beach, we recommend a hire car especially if you intend to regularly visit the beach. A bus service runs from nearby into the Algarve’s most popular resort of Albufeira which is about 10 minutes drive away.
The popular “restaurant” village of Guia is a five minute drive away, where the famous chicken piri-piri dish was created, and where you will find an amazing selection of restaurants. There are also several water slide parks within 10 – 15 minutes drive
Accommodation is available in studios (2 persons), 1 bedroom apartments (2-4 persons) and 2 bedroom apartments (2-6 persons). The furnishings are simple but attractive and all apartments are priced with a standard view (non-pool view), but pool view apartments are available at a supplement (not studios). Some apartments have air conditioning included (on request and subject to availability)
There is a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks, 2 pools, one of which is covered and heated in winter, children’s pool, and a reception office. Garages are available on request.
Although we include a taxi or mini bus transfer in the package price, we do recommend that you upgrade this to a hire car if you are thinking of visiting the beach, nearby Albufeira, or any other of the Algarve’s numerous attractions.

If you wish to BOOK this property, we require a Holding Deposit of £30 to HOLD the property immediately for your party whilst arrangements are made for payment of the deposit to secure.
Upon confirmation that you wish to BOOK, we will send a request via the secure Pay Pal Banking system for £30.
Upon receipt, we will do the following:
i) Put your Property immediately on HOLD for your Party.
ii) The Booking Office will contact you to collect the remaining deposit to secure your dates Booked.
If the Property is BOOKED by someone else prior to receipt of your Holding Deposit via Pay Pal, it will be returned in full to your card.
Please note, however, that once the Booking Office have contacted you to secure your deposit, the Holding Deposit is not refundable at any time.
