This is a new villa, placed in Balaia, only 2 km from Albufeira and 1 km far from the lovely beach of Balaia. Walking distance from restaurants and supermakets, as also from the tennis court of Balaia complex that you can use for an extra price.
This Villa is very well located for families that want to be at the same time near the beach as also near all the other facilities that you can find in Albufeira, including bars and discos, for you to enjoy a drink in the night.
The furniture is good quality and very confortable. The two bedrooms placed in the ground flour (1 double and 1 twin) are on suite and the open space twin bedroom placed in the first floor use the bathroom of one the bedrooms on the ground flour.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.
On the back of this villa there is a pool area with a built barbeque, chairs and tables, where you can enjoy fresh meals with total privacy!
