This is 5 bedroom villa situated in Olhos d´Agua, 800 m from the beach, near Albufeira. It is lovely and cosy furnished in a modern style and tastefully decorated.
On the ground floor there is a lovely sitting room in two levels.
The kitchen is a nice size and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker and oven.
3 bedrooms, 2 double en suite and 1 twin ideal for children, 1st floor there is a game room, tv and dvd room and a twin bedroom. (this twin has 2 beds that turn into 4 beds as they are drawer beds. it is ideal for 4 children.
There is also another double room separated from the house, in a small annexe, with a bathroom.
The garden is very well looked after and there is a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy your freshly cooked meals from the bbq.
The beach is only 5 minutes away. if you prefer to go out and have a drink and meal you are only 2 minutes away from the village of Olhos d´Agua and Albufeira where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars.

Description of Area in & around Olhos de Agua
Olhos d´Agua, Albufeira, The Algarve, Portugal
Albufeira city is nearby, and it's many golf courses for those wishing to play a quick 18 holes.
Just 25 minutes from Faro Airport and a coupl eof minutes drive from the charming old town of Albufeira, which has an abundance of great bars, restaurants and shops. For those wishing to cook for themselves the area offers a range of supermarkets. families may welcome the many local children's playgrounds, or the beautiful beaches of Olhos d´Agua, or Sao Raphael and Gale. Golf is an easy 6km drive away! For a great day out in the sun, the Water Parks and Zoo Marine are all just 15 minutes drive which makes this area the ideal holiday location for families or golfers.
Albufeira old town is close, here there is an amazing choice of shops, street vendors, restaurants, bars & nightclubs.
Albufeira main Strip and the beach are all within a short drive, it is one of the Algarve's most popular resorts.
The main road N125 which services the whole of the Algarve passes close to Albufeira.
This "once upon a time" fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort and now has over 12,000 permanent residents. As the sun sets the centre of the town changes its character. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up with people, until they spill over into the narrow streets. A fine selection of good beaches extend east and west from the town. Praia de Balaia, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa, and Praia de São Rafael, being the main ones.
There is a small museum of 15th and 17th century Ming ceramics and a Municipal art gallery that holds regular exhibitions during the season. A further addition to the town is a new Virtual Archaeological Museum. A new Marina has been completed on the west side of the town and offers a different and attractive aspect.
Other places of interest near to Albufeira are, Armação de Pera, Boliqueime, Guia and Paderne with its ruined castle perched on an isolated hill some distance from the village. At Ponte Grande there are impressive caverns with large arches and the underwater caverns of Grutas do Xorino.
