This spacious and well furnished villa sits on its own plot, with lots of outside space in the form of terraces, patios, balcony, roof terrace and barbecue area. It also benefits from a gorgeous private pool is a good size and features roman steps for ease of access. the villa has a private driveway and gardens with lockable gates, as well as being fully alarmed and features security lighting.
The Villa comprises of a large lounge and dining area, designed with comfort in mind and furnished in a light, contemporary style. Comprising 2 sofas, armchair, coffee table, storage units, dining table and seating for six. For your entertainment, a large tv receives a good selection of UK channels and there is a dvd player and a cd stereo unit. To keep you cool during the long, hot summer, there is a ceiling fan and the large patio doors leading out to a large, furnished balcony lets in plenty of clean, fresh air. For the short, snappy winter months, a wood burning stove keeps you warm and creates a cosy atmosphere.
The Master Bedroom continues in the contemporary style and comprises twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. The bedroom boasts its own large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, wc, vanity basin and washing machine.
The second bedroom comprises twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, fitted robes and ceiling fan. This bedroom benefits from its own private balcony. The third bedroom comprises two single beds, fitted robes, chest of drawers and ceiling fan. The large family bathroom comprises bath with overbath shower, wc, vanity basin and heated towel rail.
Steps lead to the spacious roof terrace which is furnished with table and chairs, sunloungers and a hammock. This terrace enjoys spectacular views over the salt lakes.
The ground floor apartment is attached to the villa but has its own entrance and can be treated as a separate property. The lounge/dining area is a bright, airy room with dual aspect patio doors leading out to the front and rear terraces. The room comprises a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, storage unit, dining table and chairs. A tv and cd stereo unit are provided for your entertainment.
The kitchen has fitted units and comprises full oven and hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and board. For beach lovers there are miles and miles of blue flag beaches of every description, from the uninterrupted sand dunes north at Guardamar to the many coves south and the famous sheltered Mar Menor. The nearest beaches are less than a 10 minute drive from the house. Sports lovers can enjoy the many water sports available while golfers have a large selection of courses within a ten mile radius including the nearby championship Villamartin course. There is a large, modern sports palace in the nearby town of Torrevieja, where you will also find long promenade, marinas, daily market, night life and a mutitude of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
Due to both the sunshine and the two huge salt lakes which result in low humidity levels, the region is rated one of the healthiest places in the world by the World Health Organisation. People swear by the healing properties of the mud found in the lakes for easing the symptoms of arthritic conditions and skin conditions such as excema.
