The villa is located on the South-east coast of Spain along the Costa Blanca in a quiet area five minutes walk from Villamartin and Los Dolcis commercial centres.
It has its own gardens front and back laid out in grass and with a palm tree and a fig tree and overlooks a park/open space to the front and to the back. It is three bedroomed (which accommodates 5 people), one double (with en-suite); one twin and one single bedroom. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space. It has an open plan lounge and dining area, with two couches and a dining table for six people. There is also a utility room with washing machine.
The house is fully furnished and includes satellite TV and ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort. For autumnal and winter climates, there is a gas (super ser) fire. The kitchen has a gas cooker and oven; a microwave, fridge and is fully equipped.
There is a terrace to the front, a patio to the rear and a very private sun terrace solarium at first floor level; ideal for outdoor eating and sunbathing. It also has outside sun shades, back, front and the solarium for shade from the summer sun. There are tables chairs and beds for enjoying the outdoors.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and with gardens in front and back. It is away from busier resorts, but within easy reach of shops and all the attractions of this region of Spain, with its beautiful coastline swathed with sandy beaches, gardens, fine golf courses.

There are 2 adjoining communal pools, one for adults and one for children.with showers sun shades, and grass sitting out areas. There are six such swimming pools for all the houses in the Valencias.

A deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking. The 60% balance is required 42 days or six weeks before date of arrival. If the booking is made within six weeks of the date of arrival, the full rental is required.
Extras: A refundable security deposit will be requested for this property.

Description of Area in & around Torrevieja
Villamartin is located 6 km south of the ancient coastal city of Torreviej, and is convenient to four major cities for sightseeing, museums and shopping etc: Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena – thirty-five minutes drive and Orihuela which is the ancient and administrative provincial town -12 km away.
Villamartin commercial area is an attractive purpose luxury built commercial and retail development. It has a supermarket, shops, banks, clinic, and many restaurants of various ethnic varieties.
Los Dolses is a new commercial centre with further shops, internet facilities, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Local Activities
Golf: The villa is beside the attractive Villamartin Golf Course which was the venue for the 1994 Mediterranean Open and the 1994 Transatlantic Cup. In a ten minute drive there is the Real Club de Golf Campomaor. This was opened in the late 80's and has a five star hotel.
Also a ten minute drive is Las Ramblas de Orihuela opened in the early 90's.
Tennis: There are 2 new courts in the Valencias with further courts in Villamartin Leisure Centre and at La Zenia (the Orihuela Costa Beach Resort).
There is music in the evenings in many places such as the La Zenia Hotel and the Orihuela Costa Beach Resort. Other activities in the area include: - Go-Karting; Boat Trips (from Torrevieja); Fresh Water Fishing; Aqua Park; Safari: Hot Air Ballooning; Planetarium: Local Coach/Bus Trips day or half day to Alicante; Murcia; Valencia; Orihuela, Elche, where there are Palaces, Museums, churches, Exhibitions Roman Archaeological ruins etc.
Transport
The area is well served by two airports: Alicante (40 minute drive) and Murcia (20 minutes); with flights from most airports in the UK from airlines such as Easy-Jet, Ryanair etc.
The Costa Blanca enjoys about 300 days of sunshine a year and even an average winter temperate of 18C, the region is the place for a thoroughly relaxing time, ideal for couples wanting to escape their routines or for families with young children who want a holiday in comfort and security.
