This Villa is an excellent new 3 bedroom villa situated 10 - 15 minute drive to Alvor. It is in an ideal location for a tranquil holiday, completely private in a countryside location. The villa is very well furnished with digital satellite TV. The large lounge over looks the swimming pool and terraces.
Car hire is essential.
The accommodation consists of;
Very large master double bedroom, king size bed with en-suite bathroom. Two further twin bedrooms Second bathroom and separate guest cloakroom. Very large lounge dining room with digital satellite TV and French windows opening to the pool terrace. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Outside is an excellent private swimming pool with terraces and ample poolside furniture. Gardens including lawned area. Barbecue.
Maid service twice weekly.
Welcome pack, cot and high chair available on request.

There are some excellent local restaurants in the area, the nearest being just a few mins by car. Within a 10 - 15 mins drive are the superb sandy beaches at Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Carvoeiro. There is excellent shopping / historical interests / restaurants and night life in Portimao and for sports the Penina championship golf course has horse riding and tennis.
