Set in the countryside behind the medieval village of les Arcs-sur-Argens this traditional Provencal style villa which is bright and airy with 4-bedrooms, full of the charm and offering all amenities of a modern villa.
The villa is newly completed with a large open, light and sunny lounge dining room. The lounge has a TV and music centre plus a wood burning stove there are French doors to the front of the villa.
The dining area with its large table has French doors to a covered terrace leading to the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and to one side is the utility room housing the washing machine, large basin and garden chairs. There is a separate WC with hand basin to the ground floor.
The stairs leading form the corner of the lounge, take you to the 4 bedrooms, two twin bedrooms one which has a balcony over looking the swimming pool.
A double bedroom and the master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite. To the landing is the shower room and second separate WC.
Outside
There is a double garage for easy parking. This is a rural setting, the large garden with mature tress and grassed areas the pool receives all day sun to the front of the villa. There is an outside dining area under the covered terrace.
A car is recommended.
