Self-catering Holiday Villa with Breath Taking Panoramic Views Sleep 8-10
This hilltop property with breath taking panoramic views from the large terraces of the Maures Massif and woodlands that surround the villa. It is tranquil and private, yet not isolated or remote. Situated, in a wine growing area, in the centre of Provence it is ideally positioned for exploring mountains, villages and the coast.
The villa was built in 1995 and recently refurbished, there is ample flexible accommodation for 8 people. With the adjoining apartment it is perfect for 2 families sharing. The main part of the villa has a large open plan living room/dining room Traditional fireplace. French doors to large upper terrace and also French doors to front terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is at one end of the living area making cooking a sociable event.
There are 3 double bedrooms, one to the ground floor the other two to the first floor, all fitted with wardrobes.
To the ground floor is a very spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower cubicle, basin, vanity unit and WC. A Separate 1st floor WC. The shower room is on the 1st floor with shower cubicle, basin and vanity unit.
The villa also offers an adjoining apartment having an open plan kitchen living room with 2 single beds serving as settees, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and vanity unit and WC. This is rented as part of the main villa, not independently.
You are spoilt for choose for outside dining, there is a covered front terrace furnished with a table and 8 chairs, ideal for breakfast and lunch. From the living area to the rear of the villa is the large terrace (60m2) overlooking the pool and with views of wooded hills and sunsets. It is partially shaded by an awning and furnished with a table and 8 chairs.
The pool and terrace area of 100m2 situated at a slightly lower level than the villa facing south and west to the hills, with sun loungers and parasols. Private pool for exclusive use of guests 8x4m, fully enclosed, depth from 1.20m to1.80m.
Grounds 2500m² fully enclosed making the gardens safe for children to play in. There is ample parking to the front of the villa or to the rear. There is also a boule court, if you fancy having a game.

Prices for 2010 are for the Villa on a weekly basis and pro rata on a daily basis. Minimum stay 1 week.
Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10a.m.
A deposit of 30% is requested with booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences.
A refundable security payment of 500.00 is requested, paid with the balance of payment.
An Admin Charge of £17 (20€) is required - payable with the deposit.

The Var is the true centre of Provence, in area in the heart of Provence, here you will experience to wealth and unspoilt treasures of this area. Its beautiful landscape with both mountains and sea and the rolling hills in between covered with vine yards, pine forest, olive groves and lavender fields.
There are sandy beaches, safe for the children to play, rocky coves and the dramatic coast line of the Estérel mountain range falling into the Mediterranean Sea.
Drive inland to the sleepy picturesque Provencal hilltop villages with their cafes, bars, restaurants, winding streets and pretty village squares.
If you are feeling adventuress, the Var can offer you its very own Grand Canyon
of Europe, the Gorges de Verdon which forms a natural frontier between the Var and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Also the South of France boasts a large selection of golf courses aimed for all levels of golfers, within this area there are 7 to choose from.
There is a busier side to life in Provence, you can always visit the busy
metropolises such as Nice, Cannes, Toulon and Marseille.
