in Les Issambres:
This Villa is ideally situated, very close to the beach, bar and restaurant and close to amenites of Les Issambres. This terraced villa with air conditioning has a walled sunny courtyard/garden and front patio is within moments walk to the beach through a pedestrian underpass so no busy roads to worry about. The beach, Sun Beach, is a 'calanque' or rocky cove, just 50m away and has a bar/restaurant, snacks etc.
Walk into the villa via the front patio garden into the lounge through French doors, this is a roomy area with an open fire and leather settees. From the lounge through an arched opening is the dining area with table and chairs plus the equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar.
The rear walled sunny courtyard has outside table and chairs plus a BBQ is accessed from the dining area.
The semi spiral stairs to the first floor are tucked away in the corner of the lounge leading to the bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms both bright and sunny with the rear bedroom having sea views; there are bunk beds to the third bedroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.
To the front of the villa is a small communal garden with palm trees for shade, your parking bay is just to the other side of the garden, this is where the pedestrian underpass can be found.
There are many local shops within walking distance, and a very good selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. Being along the coast you have sandy beaches and rocky coves stretching from St Raphael to St Tropez and beyond.
