Description of Villa

This Villa is on the town's golf course. At 5km from the marina and the beach, the residence is built in the traditional way of the Landes region and is located in the heart of the golf course – in the middle of Nature.
There is a 20% reduction on green fees for our clients. The residence offers you several spacious types of luxurious accommodations, all very well equipped with nice furniture. Here are the details of the large private villas with their own pool.
There are also Villas with a private pool for 8/10 people which are a very good size at approximately 115m². The villas are bungalows and independent and are situated on the edge of the Golf course. Each villa is surrounded by an enclosed garden, with a private swimming-pool and a large terrace with garden furniture. The swimming pool is 6 x 3.5 m and can be used from June to October. Each villa has a private car porch.
The villas have a double lounge with French windows opening onto the swimming pool. The lounge has a sofa bed for 2 people, a satellite TV and a french video.
The kitchen is well-equipped with electric rings, an American style fridge/freezer, an oven and a micro-wave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The sleeping accommodation is as follows : There is one bedroom with one double bed or 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with toilet. The second and third bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 single beds. There is a further bathroom with toilet and a further separate toilet. There is an open mezzanine bedroom area with 2 single beds.
Every villa has a terrace with garden furniture to laze around by the pool or watch the golfers hard at play.

You can hire a baby kit for 30 euros per stay. Your animal is welcome at the cost of 27 euros per stay and per animal. Bed linen and TV is included in the price, and you may borrow irons, ironing boards and vacuum cleaners at the reception after leaving a security deposit that will be refunded if the borrowed material is returned undamaged. There is also the end of stay cleaning option available for you and the cost depends on the hours of cleaning.
A 700 euros cleaning and security deposit is required on your arrival, which will be refunded to you on your departure day or posted a week or so later providing that you have left the property clean and without any damage, otherwise some money will be kept accordingly.
The local tourist tax or taxe de séjour is also payable on arrival. The cost is approximately 0.67 euros per person and per day and is free for children under 12 years old.

Copied from the golf club description : Golf de Gujan-Mestras is a wonderfully testing par 72 parkland course cutting through beautiful woodland. The course has superb water hazards that will test the nerve of the calmest golfer. Golf de Gujan-Mestras is 6225m of play that you will never forget. This 18-hole course was designed by Alain Pat (with an adjoining 9-hole course). Using a lot of good sense, he has avoided any excessive difficulties and the layout only penalises the players who take one risk too many. The flat terrain has been slightly graded for greater relief and the sandy sub-soil is ideal for a golf course. It winds its way pleasantly through pine-trees and heather, with playing difficulties carefully gauged to avoid scaring the lesser player. Aside from the few water hazards, the main problems are the bunkers and trees, which generally speaking afford easy access to the greens. Beginners will probably find the going a little harder when dealing with some of the better-protected holes. You can easily play here all year, as the winters are mild, the ground withstands all weathers and maintenance has been considerably improved. Our sole regret is the loss of so many trees after the storms around Christmas 1999.
