This Apartment is modern and sunny with a private balcony that looks out upon one of the canals and inland hillside.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people, has large French doors over looking the balcony to the canals below, making the apartment bright and sunny. The living area has a well equipped corner kitchenette, a sofa bed, wicker chairs, dining table and chairs, with a TV and stereo/radio player.
To the ground floor there is a bedroom with bunks, a bathroom and separate WC. A double bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom is on the second floor mezzanine.
The apartment is on the second floor of the building, with a security entrance door and a lift. There is a private parking bay to the apartment behind a security barrier.

Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, small dishwasher.

LINEN - Linen is not provided, but a full complement can be hired at £10-00 per person. You will receive; bed linen, bath linen and a beach towel per person.
A cleaning charge of 40€ to be paid on the day of departure.
Your arrival time is 4 p.m. and the departure time of 10a.m.
A deposit of 30% is requested with booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences.
A refundable security payment of £300 is requested, paid with the balance of payment.

Port Grimaud, Cote d'Azur, Provence, France
Port Grimaud is know as the Little Venice Of Provençe, with it's fingers of canals lined with yachts and private boats, stretching out to the Mediterranean and to it's lovely sandy beach. Along its canals are walkways are cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The varied architecture and colours makes an interesting place to stay, you can view Port Grimaud from the walkways or by the river boats that tours around the canals and if you wish it take you to St. Tropez.
Nice airport is 90km with the A8 autoroute being only 32 km from Port Grimaud.
Toulon is about 75 km. St. Tropez 5 km.
Rail link with the TGV or Car/train St.Rapheal, 25 km & Les Arcs-sur-Argens 35 km
