The Villa offers excellent facilities for a family holiday, or a winter home, in two separate self-contained units.
The main level of the villa is entered by steps from the garden to a large, south-west facing sun terrace, from which doors lead into the attractive beamed living room. A well-equipped and functional kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation on this level.
The self-contained apartment on the lower pool level, with its own separate access, has one bedroom, shower room, kitchen, and living room – ideal for those needing a little peace now and then, or a degree of independence!Between the apartment kitchen and pool is a convenient paved area for poolside dining.
Three restaurants are within walking distance, and shops, bars and other restaurants are within a few minutes radius by car. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea (3.5 km), are also well worth a visit, and four excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

Kitchen - Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob & dishwasher. Modern fitted galley kitchen in apartment with fridge & hob. Washing machine is in external ‘casita.
Outside & General - Gardens, pool (8 x 4m) with Roman steps, poolside shower, patio, barbecue. Dining tables & chairs. Sunbeds. Sun umbrellas. Large terrace with awning. Gated off-road parking. Electric heating. Wood burning stove.
Services/Linen - Villa cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided, but please bring your swimming towels.
