Casa Sao Pedro is a lovely Villa suitable for families or friends who want to holiday together but still want their own independence and space. There is a lovely private pool that is shared by occupants of the two apartments.
Casa Sao Pedro is divided in 2 independent apartments, each one with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), living room (with air/con) and kitchen. The living room and kitchen in each apartment have own balconies, overlooking the swimming pool and partial sea view.
These two apartments can be rented together or separated sharing a swimming pool.
The villa is well decorated with good quality and comfortable furniture.
On the second floor there is a large terrace with 2 big tables to enjoy those al fresco meals and with the added benefit of fastastic sea views.
If the Villa is rented as a whole, then the Pool is a Private Pool. If rented separately, then the Pool is a shared private pool between 2 apartments.
The Villa rented fully has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people. Each apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
A mobile heater per apartment is available for those colder nights if required - usage of this will incur an extra cost of 13€/week.
There is a refundable Damage Deposit of 300 €uros requested upon arrival as a surety against damage/breakages and returned on day of departure if everything OK.

The owner of the property stays occasionally in the basement (garage). This garage has a total independent access and does not, at any time, interfere or have contact with occupants of the villa.

Placed only 200 m distance from the centre of the lovely fishermen's village of Alvor - one of the most popular old villages in the Algarve, where you can find good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and now a new small marina.
Casa Sao Pedro is placed only 1 km from the big beach of Alvar / Torralta / 3 irmãos.
Due to it's central location, it is not necessary to rent a car during your stay at this villa.
