Villa Car is a spacious and light villa situated in a very quiet street in the centre of Vale do Lobo - all facilities and direct access to the beach are within easy walking distance.

Entrance hall with guest cloakroom, spacious lounge with wood burning stove, air conditioning and central heating, terrace doors leading to large covered veranda with bar, dining room in L-shape. Fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen with separate laundry room. The master bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom.

An arch from the lounge leads to two twin bedded rooms with en-suite shower rooms. The swimming pool (12x6) with jetstream is surrounded by sun terraces and a BBQ area.

The entire property is fenced and surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Equipment: Satellite TV (no card), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, water softener, telephone, garden furniture, sunloungers.

Additional Services: Baby sitting and cots available at extra cost. Maid service every working day.Towel change twice weekly.

£1,085 per week in the Low Season and Mid & Peak Season rates will be supplied on application.
