Superbly located to enjoy magnificent views to the coast, Villa Montinho is a three bedroom, three bathroom villa with private swimming pool in attractive, mature grounds. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped.


One double and two twin bedrooms. Two en-suite bathrooms and third bathroom. Comfortable lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV Well equipped kitchen, washing machine. Air conditioning available, payable locally.
Outside is a large private swimming pool with poolside terraces with an excellent range of garden furniture. Mature grounds and gardens, barbecue. There are exceptional views to the coast from the villa and terraces. Maid service Monday to Friday.


The fully inclusive weekly rental charges are based on an
occupancy to 6 persons. Extra child £80 pw

The Price of £625 per week is in the Low Season and Mid & Peak Season rates will be supplied on application.
