This Villa is located near to the beach with great views to the sea, approx 2km from the next beach of “Praia dos carneiros”.
The house is private and is 7 years old. It is well decorated and equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Double bedrooms& one twin bedroom. There is under floor heating run off gas which is charged more or less 80 € per week, making it a great place for winter holidays also. Living room with access to covered terrace with magnificent sea views. There is a small cove beach close by.
Up to June 2006 there is little building works by the neighbouring house in the final stages.
There is a security Deposit required of 250€ which is payable on arrival and if everything is OK after your stay, this is fully refunded on day of departure.
A £17 Admin Charge applies on Booking.
