A detached open plan family property, which is located in a quiet residential area of Javea yet only 10 minutes to Javea’s L’Arenal beach with all its restaurants and bars. The property is ideal for families as the accommodation is split between two floors.
There are 3 very good sized bedrooms, two twin and one double, which has its own en-suite bathroom, but there is also a further bathroom. Each bedroom is beamed, has built in wardrobes, providing ample space and they have all been very tastefully furnished.
The lounge and dining area is very spacious and has also been very tastefully furnished with a cream leather suite and solid wooden dining suite and both areas benefit from the centrally positioned open fireplace.
A lot of thought has gone into the design of this villa and the high ceilings have allowed for a balcony overlooking the dining room and lounge, which in turn provides a further sitting area with views across the countryside. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and as you can see from the photograph, is of a high standard. It is complete with oven, hob, freezer, microwave and all the appropriate cutlery and crockery. A washing machine is also available along with iron and ironing board.
The villa also has Sky TV and Hi-Fi system. Through patio doors in the lounge area you can access the extensive covered naya, where you can dine al fresco, shaded from the sun in the warmer summer months. From here you have access to a large terraced area for sun bathing and the all important swimming pool with roman style steps. Please note: Last clean £55, Linen £8p/p
