Apartments Don Pepe are close to the seafront between sandy beach and rocky bay. Several well-located apartments with Residents’ garden and large pool.
The Don Pepe apartments with private and secure grounds are close to the sea. They have a very large pool and adjoining kiddies' pool set in lawned gardens, complete with palm trees and flowering shrubs. We have several apartments here, so they are ideal for several families or groups.
The apartments themselves are comfortably furnished and well equipped. Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, with table and chairs for outside dining, living/dining room, American (open) kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. From the kitchen window and rear access balcony there are wonderful inland views.
Just 300 metres from the apartments is a quiet stretch of rocky beach ideal for sun and sea bathing. The closest supermarket is under 500 metres away. The Arenal sandy beach, less than 1 km away, offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
