Fantastic Villa situated in the Oltamar area of Calpe, situated on the hillside and with the most amazing views looking out to the sea, over Calpe and the surrounding areas.
This villa boasts its own private pool and outside shower area with terraces surrounding giving plenty of room for barbecues and dining al fresco in the evenings.
On the upper level of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen including a oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, washing machine and dryer, dining area and lounge. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double bedroom with two single beds in and three bathrooms.
On this level there is an internal door leading down to a suite with an open lounge and bedroom area incorporated which includes a double bed and a bed settee.
Accessed through a door in this suite is a one bedroom separate apartment – which can either be used or kept locked – The external apartment has access to the outside which makes this downstairs area useable as one villa if required.
Villa Oltamar has excellent facilities being well equipped to include monitored alarm system, a safe, full under floor heating, electric shutters and mosquito blinds to all windows and doors, electric gates. Sky T V and DVD player.
The villa is situated 1.5km from the town of Calpe, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and golden sandy beaches. Nearby there are the beautiful towns of Moraira, Javea and Denia.
This villa makes a superb home for families or groups of friends holidaying together.
