We are very pleased to offer this delightful four bedroom villa which is located in the Balcon Al Mar area of Javea. It stands in beautiful landscaped gardens.
The exterior of the villa is extremely spacious, featuring a 10m x 5 swimming pool. Around the pool there is ample space for relaxing in the sun. There is plenty of lawn area for the children to play safely. The Naya features a built in barbeque and an additional outside dining area which offers the perfect place for dining 'al fresco' on those warm Spanish evenings.
The interior of the villa is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. The modern galley type kitchen has all 'mod-cons', including a dishwasher, microwave, built in oven etc. The property features a large separate dining room which overlooks the Naya and pool. The living room is extremely comfortable and has a television with some English channels as well as German, a DVD player and a CD audio system for your enjoyment.
There are three very generous sized twin bedrooms, one with en-suite, and an additional family shower room. On the lower level, reached by a separate entrance, is a very well planned self contained apartment featuring living room with television and video and small dining table and kitchen area. There is a twin bedroom off with a separate shower room.
