This is a superb Luxury villa, just ten minutes walk from the town centre and only two minutes from the coastline. In 2 sections (upstairs and downstairs). This villa has the most fantastic views and is within walking distance of restaurants and bars.

Main villa comprises of: 1 x double bedroom en-suite, 1 x double bedroom with shower room, 1 bunk bedroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen.

Downstairs is a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds with en-suite shower room, and a separate twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Private pool which can be heated (optional at extra cost)! Open and covered terraces. Games area with pool table and ample room for children to play.

This villa is surrounded by a high wall making it extremely private and secure for children. Entrance gate with security system installed.

The ever popular bustling resort of Benidorm is only half an hour away as is the Terra Mitica theme park. Just a little further are the more sophisticated city's of Valencia and Alicante
