Pretty apartment on ground floor of villa behind the golf course in Javea. The owner lives above discreetly and doesn't use the facilities of the apartment. The pool and its large terrace is for the sole use of the apartment guests.
Lovely pool with large terrace,2 double bedrooms, bathroom,living room with sat tv and comfortable furnishings opens to the delightful enclosed gardens,there is a washing machine in a laundry room and and microwave and oven,hob fridge etc in the kitchen
This is an economical way to enjoy Javea with its pretty beaches and bars and restaurants. You can walk to the Golf club restaurant and bar from here.
There is a Security Bond required of £250 payable with balance. This is fully refundable if everything OK after your stay.
