This is a mews style apartment situated on a very quiet complex with spectacular views of Montgo Mountain and Benitachell. The property is just 10 minutes drive to the main L’Arenal beach, restaurants, shops and bars in Javea. Also with the added benefit of being only 15 minutes into Moraira.

Furnished to good standards and offering spacious comfortable accommodation the property will suit a small family.

Lounge/Dining Room: Comfortable sitting area with gas fire, T.V offering some English channels, video and C.D.player, dining area, and patio doors leading to the terrace. Kitchen: Modern equipped with oven/hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and doors leading onto the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Shower room with w.c, sink and shower cubicle.

Outside: The communal pool is situated very close to the property.
