All accommodation is on one floor (the upper floor) offering outstanding sea views, particularly from the panoramic conservatory (measuring over 30ft) at the front of the villa. From the main entrance access is to a large hallway and doors leading to the two good sized bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large and immaculately furnished open plan lounge, conservatory, dining room and kitchen.
The swimming pool is of a larger than average size (10m x 5m) with tiled steps (and a depth of 1m to 2m) and is surrounded by spacious terraces, shaded seating areas and attractive securely enclosed gardens.
