Full Villa Description
Villa Jasmine is a beautifully kept modern villa set on a large south facing grounds in the picturesque Portet area of Moraira. It provides ample off street parking and private well maintained gardens that include a large lawn. Surrounding the pool are large terraces with a shaded porch for dining and stairs to a private roof solarium that offers lovely views. Double doors lead in to a spacious well furnished lounge and dining area with a fireplace & log burning stove. The lounge leads on to a modern fully fitted kitchen with Gas Hob and Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. There are two good sized bedrooms, one with double bed and double doors to pool terrace and new ensuite, the other also with a double bed and one full bathroom. The pool is unusually shaped with Roman steps and an outside shower with garden furniture. It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a fifth guest. Located within walking distance of El Portet beach, with it´s shops and restaurant facilities. It is also possible to walk over to the main town centre of Moriara, and during the walk some of the best sea views of the coast can be enjoyed. Air conditioning and UK cable TV has been recently installed.
