This Villa is situated in a small and quiet residential development on the Moraira-Calpe Road 6.5 km south of Moraira.
The main entrance is just a few steps up from the off-street driveway parking area and leads to the dining room via a shaded dining porch - which is equipped for "al fresco" dining.
There is a newly fitted luxuirous separate kitchen, with a range of modern units with granite tops, eye-level electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The main suite features a double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom and there is another double room (with space for an extra single bed), another twin-bedded room and another bathroom. A wide open-plan staircase leads to the upper floor which features a spacious and sunny lounge with two sets of double doors leading onto a large open upper terrace with views across open countryside to the sea and a further table and chairs for sitting or dining.
Both the upstairs lounge and downstairs dining room have log burning stoves, ideal for winter lets.
The swimming pool is measures 8m x 4m and is of kidney shaped design with stainless-steel steps. The surrounding terraces and gardens are varied and established, offering a good degree of privacy.
