This is a charming detached villa with a private pool which has been restored using traditional Spanish tiles and wooden beams. Recently decorated and furnished to a high standard by the owners.
The house is approached via double gates to a large private driveway with space for several cars.
Entrance is via a bright hallway leading directly to the spacious airy lounge with TV and DVD player, feature fireplace and exposed beams. The dining room has a large tarditional table with seating for 8 people and views of the garden and open countryside.
There is a modern fully fitted kitchen complete with a range style cooker with double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a seperate utility area.
There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The floors are laid in traditional Spanish antique tiles throughout and the villa has been sympathetically decorated and furnished in a meditterranean style.
There are double doors leading from the master bedroom and the lounge onto a large sun terrace overlooking the pool and established gardens and to the countryside beyond.
The modern private swimming pool measures 8 meters by 4 meters with roman steps, pool-side shower and large surrounding terraces. The established gardens are planted with an array of traditional plants, shrubs and trees and provide various areas and terraces for realaxing in both the sun and shade.
