Full Villa Description
Villa is located in a quiet residential street. It has a covered car port and off road parking. The property has been recently renovated and is presented in superb decorative order. Entry is through private gates up a small path and down a few steps. The large gardens offer plenty of sun, and panoramic views. There is a large terrace, and a private swimming pool. Sun loungers and poolside furniture are provided. There is a naya area,with a dining table for meals overlooking the pool and gardens. Through the naya doors, there is a beautifully decorated large lounge, newly furnished in 2011 with feature fireplace. There is also a large plasma TV with satellite channels in English, German, French and Dutch and a DVD player. The kitchen was installed in 2011 and is highly stylish in a red and white theme, with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and oven. There is a closed in naya with a table and chairs for dining with a wood burning stove. The hallway leads to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe. Bathroom with bath. Separate room with washing machine. This property is extremely well presented, and has been newly decorated for the beginning on 2011.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.
