This is a colonial-style luxury villa set in almost 2000 square meters of tropical gardens. Style, comfort and total privacy in a country setting yet a few minutes drive from the town and beaches.
Originally built by the local Mayor, the Villa is an elegant colonial-style villa set on a very large plot with breathtaking tropical gardens and uninterrupted views. Electronically operated gates lead to a long sweeping driveway with covered parking for two cars.
An entry hall leads onto an interior courtyard which is flanked on one side by the guest wing and on the other by the very spacious lounge.
The guest wing consists of two twin-bedded rooms and a full bathroom.
The lounge-dining room, furnished to a very high standard, has Spanish TV and basic BBC channels and a VCR.
An internal open plan staircase leads from the lounge upstairs to the spacious master bedroom with a “super” king size bed, mirrored dressing room and large en-suite bathroom with twin basins and separate shower. The bedroom balcony overlooks the pool and has a view of the sea and surrounding countryside. All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
The very attractive kitchen has a breakfast bar and indoor BBQ and is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 2 ring gas hob and griddle, electric oven and dishwasher.
There is a separate utility room fitted with washing machine and an extra fridge for drinks. Double doors from the kitchen lead out onto a covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens.
The large rectangular pool measures 12m x 6 m with Roman steps and is surrounded by terrace and lawn. There is a poolside shower and external W.C.
This Villa is highly recommended for those wishing to have the feel of the countryside yet be within a few minutes drive of towns, beaches and amenities.
