This Villa is located in the quiet residential area of Tabaira, within easy walking distance of shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars.
Wrought iron gates lead to the driveway providing off-street parking. The ground floor of the villa is accessed via a central hallway leading to a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room.
From here doors lead out to good size sun terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
The modern fitted kitchen has electric hob, eye-level electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a door to another terrace with a few steps down to the pool and garden area.
This floor also has one bedroom with king-size bed, a walk in wardrobe, an en-suite shower room and double doors to a terrace and another bedroom with twin (joined) beds with en-suite shower room. From the entrance hall there is an internal staircase leading to the master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and double doors to another private sun terrace.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The feature pool measures 8m x 4m with Roman steps and a ladder and is fully fenced for complete safety. There are spacious surrounding terraces and mature walled-in gardens.
