This is one of a group of five luxury villas situated just outside Oliva and near to Denia. Surrounded by lush orange groves. It is in an ideal location to drive to the many attractions in nearby Valcencia, Benidorm and Denia.
Oliva itself has many things to offer, including the Seve Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova golf complex and vast stretches of safe, uncrowded and clean sandy beaches.
The Villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It includes a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. It also benefits from Sky TV and VCR, an open log fire, ceiling fans in all main rooms, a superb pool area and large room sizes with high quality decor and all of the comforts and more that you would expect at home.
The front entrance provides parking for two cars leading in to the lounge / diner with integrated double sofa bed and a dining table with seating capacity for 10 people.
The lounge / diner leads on to a large kitchen area and a hallway off to three ensuite bedrooms, one double, two twin.
Outside in the courtyard is an additional detached annexe with its own separate front door leading in to a second lounge area with an integrated double sofa bed, an additional futher kitchenette and a further ensuite double bedroom.
This Villa is ideal for two groups of people wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining a degree of independence / privacy.
Additionally, this villa benefits from having a 24 hour on site concierge, always there to assist you, as well as the use of a grassed area with children's play equipment and barbecue facilities.
