This is one of of a group of five luxury villas situated just outside Oliva and near to Denia. Surrounded by lush orange groves.
It is in an ideal location to drive to the many attractions in nearby Denia, Javea, Valencia and Benidorm.
Oliva itself has many things to offer, including the Seve Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova golf complex and vast stretches of safe, uncrowded and very clean sandy beaches.
This Villa has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It includes a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. It also benefits from Sky TV & VCR, ceiling fans in all main rooms, a superb pool area and large room sizes with high quality decor and all of the comforts and more that you would expect at home.
The front entrance provides parking for three cars leading in to hallway and the lounge / diner with integrated double sofa bed and a dining table with seating capacity for 8 people.
The lounge / diner leads on to a good sized kitchen area and a hallway off to two ensuite bedrooms, one double, and one twin.
Upstairs is a further large hallway leading to two further bedrooms, both ensuite. The two bedrooms on the top floor have patio doors onto the large roof terrace which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and orange groves.
The master bedroom on the top floor is extremely large and features a double sofa bed. A further double sofa bed is also available in the lounge.
Additionally, this villa benefits from having a 24 hour on site concierge, always there to assist you, as well as the use of a grassed area with children's play equipment and barbecue facilities.
