Description:
A modern apartment in a beautiful complex within walking distance of shops and the lovely Arenal Beach. The complex is situated next to Javea’s marina and has a magnificent swimming pool with lawned areas and there are also tennis & squash courts. During the peak summer season a lifeguard is on duty at the pool.
The front door of the apartment opens into the hall with the 3 bedrooms on the right and the family bathroom on the left. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The lounge diner and kitchen are at the end of the hall with the kitchen being fully equipped and American style. The lounge diner is very comfortably furnished and has a satellite TV and CD player for entertainment.
All glass doors at the rear of the lounge diner lead out on to the large terrace that is furnished with suitable tables and chairs for ‘al fresco’ eating. The terrace has awnings that can be pulled out to give shade from the sun.

Amenities:
The apartment is situated within a 5 minute walk from the Arenal Beach with its bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There are also shops & supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.
Javea’s port and harbour is only a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk.
Golf:
There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach, both with 9 holes and Club de Golf La Sella,Denia with 18 holes. Club de Golf La Sella is a Championship course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Aqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
