This is an attractive and comfortable villa with a sea view, and is situated in the sought after residential area of Baladrar in Moraira. Restaurants and a large supermarket are a short distance away. The accommodation, with central heating throughout, is on two floors.
The ground floor has a spacious lounge with Spanish TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There are large double doors opening onto the covered terrace which overlooks the pool. The dining room also has doors leading onto the terrace where there is a large table and chairs ideal for eating in the shade.
There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dish washer . The washing machine is installed in a separate washroom. There are two bedrooms, both with twin beds, and two shower rooms, one of which is en-suite.An interior staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, both with twin beds and a full bathroom.
All the rooms have blinds at the windows, and one bedroom has access to a small terrace. There are fans in some rooms at the disposal of the occupants. The swimming pool is rectangular 10 x 5 m with roman steps and a depth of 1m to 2.50m, surrounded by a spacious terrace with poolside shower and barbecue. This villa is amply equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture. There is a garage for one car, and ample offroad parking for up to 3 cars within the entrance gates. This is an ideal choice for two families.
