It has high quality newly fitted bathrooms and modern fully fitted kitchen. It is a light and airy villa in the exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea. It has extensive panoramic views from the house and pool terrace towards the distant Sierra Bernia mountains, and over the valley to Mount Montgo.
Recent renovations, and the addition of a lovely pool, have transformed this villa into a truly comfortable and immaculate home. The house is entered through the lounge, which has large windows offering a great view over the pool & gardens.
From this lounge a door leads to an outside staircase giving access to the roof terrace, from which there are panoramic 360 degree views, including the sea and bay at nearby Granadella.
The well furnished living areas and modern American kitchen also overlook the pool. The pool measures 7m x 5m and benefits from roman steps and a pool-side shower. There are ample loungers, sunshades, outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue.
All accommodation is on one level and includes three good sized bedrooms, the master with King size bed has a door leading onto the gardens.
The main bathroom includes twin wash basins, toilet, bath and a separate shower. The second bathroom includes a walk in shower, toilet and twin basins.
For winter lets there is gas fired central heating.Balcon Al Mar has its own bars, restaurants and supermarkets, some within a short walking distance. The bay of Granadella is just 4km by car, and the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse, with it’s superb sea and coastline vistas, is less than 1km away. Javea's popular Arenal (a sandy beach with a beautiful promenande and a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops) is about a 10 minute drive from the villa, whilst Javea's port and town centre can be reached in under 15 minutes by car.
