Full Villa Description
Entry to the villa is via nine steps down to the front door. The entrance hall leads to the very large master bedroom with
double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and a seating area with stunning views of Moraira and the sea in the distance.
This master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, w.c. and wash basin. On this level are two further
(twin) bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans and a modern family bathroom with a bath with shower over, W.C. and
wash hand basin. A staircase leads down the lower level with a fourth bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. A Separate utility room houses the washing machine and the modern fully fitted kitchen has a range of eye and base level units, granite worktops, a
fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric oven and hob. The large lounge/dining room has a feature fireplace, TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player. There are comfortable sofas and a dining suite. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace overlooking the 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool with ladder steps and a poolside shower. There are panoramic open views and Moraira town and the sea. A few steps lead down to the pool and terraces and the ´´summer´´ kitchen with a built in gas BBQ and sink.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra.
The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.
