Villa Margarita is an attractive villa furnished in traditional Spanish style set in good sized grounds with new private pool. Centrally located and ideal for a large group or two families sharing. Villa Margarita is a larger than average house that has been elegantly furnished in traditional Spanish style.
There is ample parking for several cars. Entry to the villa is via a small hallway leading to a guest cloakroom and the spacious lounge with a dining room through an attractive arch. There are patio doors from the lounge to the shady front porch and open sun-terrace with lovely valley views and an external staircase leading down to the pool and surrounding terraces.
Also on this level are the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the separate kitchen with a full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The ground floor accommodation (no internal staircase) is on the same level as the swimming pool and comprises a small living/dining room with kitchenette, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, one with twin singles, another with a large single bed and a separate shower-room. Please Note that two of these bedrooms may only be suitable for children as the window is on the other side of a passage. Both rooms have double doors that may be left open in the hot weather.
The rectangular shaped swimming pool was renovated in 2004 and measures 9m x 5m with Roman steps. There are spacious surrounding terraces, both open and covered and gardens with a feature brick-built barbecue. The house is situated on a half acre plot well back form a quiet cul-de-sac.
The grounds are tastefully landscaped and carefully maintained. It is possible to add an additional folding bed for a child.
