La Rueda is situated on the exclusive San Jaime residential estate, just a short walk from Moraira´s golf course and nearby restaurants and bars. 'La Rueda' is a detached white-washed villa.
La Rueda offers spacious high quality accomodation that includes four en-suite bedrooms. This 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathroom (Sleeps 8) was completely renovated in October 2004.

The ground floor consists of an airy entrance hall leading to the large open plan lounge-diner with picture windows offering lovely valley and hillside views. There are two comfortable sofas and modern glass top tables, a TV (No satellite), VCR & DVD player.
The American style fully fitted kitchen consists of a full oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc; On this level are three bedrooms, two twin and one double each with it's own brand new en-suite shower room or bathroom.
The first floor, accessed via a feature staircase in the main hall, consists of a master bedroom with five foot bed a small dressing room/lounge area and another large brand new en-suite shower room.
There is a small open terrace with lovely views across the open countryside. A separate utility room houses them washing machine. The entire villa has recently been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to a high standard. It is fully equipped with new appliances and fittings for the perfect holiday all year round.
Outside is a brand new (September 2004) 10mX6m private swimming pool with Roman steps and a pool-side shower. There are several terraces, open and covered providing both sun and shade throughout the day. There is a BBQ and ample patio furniture for relaxing and al-fresco dining. Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.
The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children
