Full Villa Description
This Villa is located in a quiet residential street on the prestigious San Jaime estate with local amenities just a short walk away! It is in close proximity to villa La Rueda, Casa de la Rioja, Palmera and villa San Jaime for families wishing to holiday nearby. The property has been very well cared for and furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a private car port for two cars. Entry is down several steps to the main door leading to the large entrance hallway. On this level is an independent fully fitted modern kitchen including fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a very spacious lounge leading to a conservatory style dining room with lovely open golf course views and doors leading to the terrace. There are awnings to provide shade during the sunny days. It has a TV with some UK satellite channels and a DVD player. Ample comfortable dining and lounging furniture is provided. On this level are also the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
An inner staircase leads down to a further three bedrooms (two double and one twin). There is a second full luxury bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. There is a fifth bedroom that is currently empty but could be provided with one or two fold away beds at extra cost. There is a security safe for clients use. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room.
Doors lead to the pool side terrace with a ´summer´ kitchen complete with hob, fridge, sink, work surface and storage space. There is a covered area with dining furniture to eat al-fresco whilst in the shade The brand new private swimming pool is of an unusual semi-circular design with roman style steps and a poolside shower. Sun loungers and poolside furniture are provided.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.

Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.
The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.
