It offers comfortable accommodation that includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Situated just 3 minutes drive from a selection of amenities and 5 minutes from Cumbre's beach. The elevated position of this villa makes it naturally breezy in the peak weeks of summer and it's location makes it ideal for easy access to both Moraira and Javea. Full Villa Description
An ideal holiday villa for two couples or a small family , La Maravilla del Mar is a stylish, contemporary villa with plenty of natural light. It’s south facing position allows you to benefit from sun on the terraces all day, whilst offering shade under the covered poolside naya if it gets too hot. The entrance door opens into a hallway and on to a spacious lounge/dining room with comfortable modern furnishings, a TV with basic satellite channels, VCR and a DVD player. Glazed doors lead to the covered terrace, ideal for dining outside, as well as providing shade from the sun. The open terraced area overlooks the larger than average (10m x 5m) pool which has Roman steps and a poolside shower. The new American style kitchen is fully fitted with a range of base and eye level units complete with an integrated fridge/freezer, built in oven and hob, microwave and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. The main bedroom has it’s own adjacent shower room and the main bathroom is accessed via a small private vestibule off of the living room next to the second bedroom. There is off street parking for two cars at the front of the villa. The terrace has spectacular views of the sea to the South and mountains in the distance to the East. A quiet and tranquil setting for the ideal relaxing holiday in the sun.

We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, and fewer still do not return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.
The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.
