Casa Almoradi is about 3km from Moraira village and it's sandy beaches, situated in the residential complex Villotel.
The house consists of a lounge-dining room with German television channels, separate fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
One twin room with ensuite bathroom and two more twin rooms which share a shower room, one of which has doors opening onto the pool terrace.
The lounge has two large doors leading out on to the spacious pool terrace with it's rectangular, 8x4 m pool with roman steps, garden and poolside shower.
The well established garden is enhanced by the built BBQ area with it's stone benches and table.
An ideal villa for a relaxing family holiday plus the advantage of having the use of the Villotel communal facilities, such as the pool, tennis courts, mini-golf, children’s playground and bar – reservations for tennis and golf payable at the pool bar.

Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.
The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.
