Villa Casa Roja is a spacious and light modern end of terrace villa, part of a small complex of 14 villas in a landscaped area with a large residents pool. It has its own small private garden plus the use of the residents pool area located 50 meters along a path with gently rising steps. The development is in the friendly Sol Park residential area and close to the tennis club.
Casa Roja is furnished to a high standard. All main rooms have heating and air-conditioning . All windows have integral roller blinds and the villa has its own covered parking area adjacent to the villa.
The front door open onto a small hallway with toilet and shower room, lounge with gas log effect fire and patio doors to a good sized partially shaded sun terrace. There is a separate dining area with additional doors to terrace. The English style fitted kitchen is well equipped.
Stairs lead to the upper floor with Master bedroom having a King-size bed, ceiling fans and patio doors to it own private terrace with superb views to the sea. There is further twin bedded room and an additional full bathroom. The grounds include lawned gardens, established shrubs and shaded sun terraces.
The large residents pool is also set in its own mature gardens with a childrens area.
