This Villa is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in the Cometa area of Moraira within walking distance of the golden sandy beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other facilities.The main entrance is from the porch directly into the well presented lounge/diner which leads to the American style fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, full oven, hob, and microwave, a further door leads to the driveway. There are three bedrooms accessed via a short hallway.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, there are two other bedrooms with twin beds, a full bathroom and a shower-room. The washing machine is in a seperate utility room. Ample dining furniture and loungers are provideed for al-fresco living!
The private swimming pool measures 9 meters x 5 meters and is kidney-shaped with stainless-steel steps into the shallow end.
The are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area and lovely landscaped gardens An additional fold-away bed can be added at a cost of £30 per week including linen. This Villa is located opposite another Villa which lends itself to accommodating two families / friends who wish to holiday together but maintain their own space.
