Full Villa Description
The master double bedroom has en suite bathroom, the two twin bedrooms share a second bathroom. Spacious lounge - diner including TV with some satellite channels. Fully fitted kitchen that includes a dishwasher and all other modern conveniences (the washing machine is separately installed in the garage). This villa has a lovely covered terrace looking onto the pool, ideal for shaded dining and relaxing by the pool. Attractive, private enclosed gardens accessed via electric gates for your security. The pool is surrounded by a terraces and the villa is in a convenient position. Quiet and residential but only a few minutes drive to the beach or centre of Javea.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.
