This is a wonderful penthouse apartment, in an elevated position with spectacular view across the Mediterranean Sea towards the coast of North Africa to the south and Gibraltar to the west.
Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and access to the south facing balcony.
The spacious lounge/ diner benefits from satellite TV and HiFi. Patio doors from the lounge lead directly to the balcony.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including microwave oven and dishwasher, and contains all necessary crockery and utensils.
There are two swimming pools within the landscaped sub-tropical gardens of the complex. The larger of the two is equipped with sun beds and parasols.
Local bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located within a short walk. A regular transportation service via a “road train” is available to transport you to other areas within the urbanisation.
Although local amenities are located within a few minutes walk of the apartment, owing to the accessibility of the apartment, holidaying in this property is not recommended for the elderly or infirm. Wheelchair access would be difficult.
A hire car is not essential, but is recommended.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Weekly rentals are in £sterling:

The Mijas Costa consists of the urbanisations of El Faro, La Cala de Mijas, Miraflores, Riviera del Sol and Sitio de Calahonda. Near marbella.
Within the region there are several golf courses, numerous "Blue Flag" award winning beaches and small coves and a multitude of leisure activities.
Averaging over 320 days of sunshine a year, with some of the best beaches in Europe, some of the best golf courses in the world, as well as being easily accessible from many European cities, it's no wonder that millions of visitors flock to the Costa del Sol every year.
