This air conditioned/ heated duplex apartment is conveniently situated between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, close to Torrequebrada Golf and the Famous 5 star hotel and casino.

With it's three twin bedrooms and three bathrooms, this apartment will comfortably accommodate six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including microwave and dishwasher.

The spacious lounge/ diner is furnished to a high standard and leads on to a very large sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is also a terrace leading from the two upper level bedrooms. Apartment benefits from having Sky TV installed and a DVD player.

Within the complex there are three swimming pools.

Located only 20 minutes from Malaga airport, Benalmádena is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Costa del Sol. It is the hometown of Antonio Banderos where he still maintains a property within the lively port of Puerto Marina which he and Melanie Griffiths frequently visit.

Other attractions close by are the Sea Life centre, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World Fun Park and Benalmar Shopping Centre with a cinema screening English movies.

Fine restaurants abound. Catering for all tastes and budgets. The beaches are lined with "chiringuitos" (beach cafes) serving freshly caught Sardines and "pescaitos fritos" (small fried fishes).
