This beautiful Villa is in a very quiet residential area of Playa Flamenca - yet situated in the midst of everything. Very close to all amenities including the medical centre which is only 2 minutes away.
The Villa is beautifully furnished and is in a superb location with the use of a community pool close by. There is a terrace and a balcony and a parking space for your car.
The town of Torrevieja with its markets, its marinas, promenades and many walks is only 4 kms away.
Bedrooms - Sleeps 4 comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double bed & 1 twin bed-room) - A cot is available if required.
Bathroom - 2 bathrooms and 1 with shower
Reception - Living room and dining room - comfortably furnished and a stereo system. There is a terrace and a balcony.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave. There is also a washing machine.

Outdoors - A community swimming pool close by.
Activities:
Beautiful sandy beaches only 4 kms away and shops, restaurants, Irish pubs, cycling with an abundance of cycling tracks around the lagoons, golf, swimming and all the usual beach activities, pedaloes, snorkeling, water-skiing etc.

Location Details:
Near to the Medical Centre which is only 2 minutes from the house. Also situated near to restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the supermarket (Mercadoma which has shopping arcades), cashpoints, banks, taxi stands, bus services, Irish pubs, English restaurants etc.
Only 4 kms away from Torrevieja where there is lots to do and see. There is an Aqua Park for all the family to enjoy. Beautiful beaches with safe clear water swimming guaranteed.

Description of Area in & around Torrevieja
Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain
This is a bather's paradise with long sandy beaches and small idealistic bathing bays. Unrestricted bathing in beautiful clear water such as La Higuera, El Mojon, La Zorra or La Zenia.
Torrevieja is the largest boat port in the Mediterranean and is an ideal place for your family vacation/holiday with children. There is an Aquapark with lots to enjoy for all the family - includes a wave machine swimming pool, lots of water-slides, some closed waterslides that finish in a glass bowl, open slides and a river-flow - all great fun!
There is an information centre at La Mata and long cycle tracks along the lagoons which can take you away from it all for hours.
The golf course of Villamartin is very close and another two golf courses are within 10 minutes.
The coastal towns of Alicante and Benidorm are within 1-1.1/2 hours away where you can enjoy all of the activities that a holiday seaside town can offer. Lots to see and do for all of the family. A big Theme Park of Terra Mitica, just outside of Benidorm and Aqualand and Mundomar also - good all day family outings.
