Situated at the sandy Veneziola beach in a prime location for those that like to sunbathe on the Mar Menor Beach, south facing and with over 330 sunny days in the year, between the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean, close to the new marina.
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within the complex, including a supermarket and bakers, making this a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday any time of the year and a school of sailing & restaurant known as Club Vela International The Most unique spot on the shoreline of the Mar Menor.

The rental costs are based upon apartments with ceiling or free standing fans, please add £30.00 per week to the rental tariff for the apartments with Air-conditioning. Prices shown are for 1 bedroom apartment.

35 Euros should be handed to the apartment caretaker upon arrival for after stay cleaning and laundry of linen & towels.

The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm, tranquil salt water, noted for its therapeutic properties. It has an average depth of 1.7m making it an ideal location to enjoy the many water sports available. The depth around the shore is only 0.5m and this, combined with the warm water temperature makes La Manga the perfect place for children to safely enjoy themselves.If your a lover of golf then just a short walk will bring you the new Veneziola Golf a 9 hole par 3 Golf course , or La Manga Club which is only 30 minutes drive ......you are really in for a treat.
La Manga Club has not one, two, but three championship golf courses along with a host of other activities including a 18-court tennis centre. There is a very good selection of international restaurants there and for those with any energy left at the end of the day, the club has a casino and an array of nightlife, available until 4 am in the morning!
Each of the three championship courses represents a different challenge, with the south course having hosted the Spanish Open on several occasions.
