A lovely modern penthouse duplex apartment on the second and third floors in smart secure complex only 5 minutes drive from the sandy Arenal Beach. The apartment is accessed by a lift and there are shared gardens laid to lawn with a beautifully shaped swimming pool.
The front door of the apartment opens into a hall that has a store cupboard and cloakroom. The hall leads into a dining area with the fully equipped kitchen at the rear. The comfortably furnished large lounge is also at the rear of the apartment and has a TV and CD player. A set of glass doors in the lounge opens out on to a covered terrace that that overlooks the swimming pool and has a table and chairs for ‘al fesco’ eating.
Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms open out onto a very private sun terrace with sunloungers and panoramic views.

The penthouse is situated only a 5 minute drive from the safe sandy beach at the Arenal with its bars, restaurants & shops. The local shops are only a 5 minute walk away. The penthouse is ideally situated for both the Arenal, the Port & Harbour and the typically Spanish Historic Old Town.

There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach, both with 9 holes and Club de Golf La Sella,Denia with 18 holes. Club de Golf La Sella is a Championship course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros.
