This spacious villa is built on two levels and is tastefully furnished and decorated, with landscaped gardens and pool area with large terraces and a barbeque. There are lovely panoramic views from the terraces of the villa. This is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury villa sleeping 6 people, situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet urbanisation in Denia.
The typically Spanish fishing port of Denia and its beaches are only a 5 min drive away. Entry to the villa from road level is through a set of double security gates and up an exterior staircase to the front door on the front terrace that has a table and chairs.
The front door leads into the living room that has a feature fireplace and is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, display unit, drinks trolley, wall mirror, uplighter, TV & cabinet, video recorder, DVD player with selection of DVD’s.
The fully fitted kitchen dining room is to the rear of the living room and is equipped with a table and chairs, electric oven, electric and gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
Bedroom 3 and a shower room are off the living room at the front next to the staircase to the first floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets and a chair. The shower room has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall cabinet and towel rack. On the first floor there is a terrace with a table and chairs off the landing.
Bedroom 2 is to the right at the top of the stairs and has twin beds, built in wardrobes, dressing table, wall display unit, chair, 2 bedside lamps and a wall mirror. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall mirror and towel rack.
Bedroom 1 is directly opposite the top of the stairs and has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and 2 chairs. A set of doors from the bedroom leads out on to a terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom off this bedroom with a large corner bath with shower, bidet, basin, toilet, 2 wall mirrors and some low level fitted cupboards.
The washing machine is located in a storeroom outside that also houses ample pool furniture. The kidney shaped swimming pool is surrounded by terraces and the landscaped garden with the barbeque area nearby. There is ample car parking inside the front gates.

Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
