There are fabulous views from the terraces over the golf course, mountains, historic Denia and the miles of wonderful sandy beaches. The villa is surrounded by orange and lemon groves and the area is very quiet and peaceful.
There is also a roof terrace with fabulous 360* views and a large garage area with internal stairs to living area.
The living dining room is air-conditioned and has comfortable modern furniture including a TV and leads out onto the terrace overlooking the magnificent pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary appliances. Both bedrooms are also air-conditioned.

Description of Area in & around Denia
Amenities:
The golf course with a restaurant is only a short walk away. There is a nearby supermarket and a good restaurant and bar serving midday snacks. Denia with its beaches, bars, restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute drive away.
Golf:
There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf La Sella Denia and Club de Golf Oliva Nova both with 18 holes and Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes. Club de Golf La Sella and Club de Golf Oliva Nova are both Championship courses and have driving ranges.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
