The villa.
Nice and private villa, one level, with a nice roof-terrace which offers a beautiful view of the huge garden with pool, seaview and surroundings.
The outside.
Portuguese architecture and décor. A big terrace in front of the livingroom faces south towards the big, landscaped garden. Situated on a lower level and separated from the house is the swimming pool (9 X 4; heatable on request). Pool has metal steps and is surrounded by a very large, beautiful garden with grass lawns and palm trees.
There is a nice roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the lovely views. Barbeque area by the house.
The inside.
The entrance hall leads to the living/dining room and kitchen and to a corridor which gives access to two bedrooms (both with twin beds, queen size) and two small bedrooms with one single bed each. Some interior steps separate certain areas of the villa. The two bathrooms are fully equipped. Cozy living/dining room with open fireplace, sat.TV, tel. and HiFi. Fully equipped Portuguese style kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the maid's room.

Marble floors throughout the villa. Quiet location with a lot of privacy. Very spacious with a marvellous large garden. Safe, pool and underfloor heating.
